扶養控除の主たる対象は「子ども」。
高校から大学という一番お金がかかる子どもを育てている人を対象とした「特定扶養控除」っていう制度があるくらいだし。→図解所得税（平成20年版）


しかも子どもが２人以上いる世帯では、配偶者控除の廃止より扶養控除の廃止の方が負担は大きくなる。
それっておかしくないかなぁ？


子ども手当の財源として、扶養控除か配偶者控除かのどちらかを廃止しなければならないのであれば、配偶者控除を廃止すべき。


あとは社会全体や政策として、子育て世帯の主婦が働きやすい環境を作っていくことが大事かなと思います。

　民主党はマニフェストで中学生以下の子ども１人あたり、年間３１．２万円の子ども手当の導入を公約。その見合いとして所得税の扶養控除と配偶者控除を廃止するとしてきた。ただ配偶者控除の廃止は「主婦層を狙い撃ちにするものだ」との批判も強く、８日に開かれた第１回の政府税調後に藤井裕久財務相が、「所得税の控除全体を見直す中で、慎重に議論する必要がある」として、廃止時期を１１年度以降に先送りする考えを示していた。

　副財務相の発言は両控除の廃止時期を分けることで、扶養控除を先行廃止できるとの考えを示したもの。扶養控除は子どもなど所得のない扶養家族１人につき年間３８万円を所得税の課税対象額から差し引く制度。

確か少し前に、ソフトバンクの中古携帯で通話規制というニュースがあったなぁと思って探してみたらありました。

この記事によると、ソフトバンクの中古携帯では、盗難にあった携帯とか以前の所有者が料金の滞納とかをしていれば、その端末に対して通話規制を行うとのこと。

中古携帯をショップやネットオークションで購入したら不正携帯だった・・・
これはつらいよね。

yahooのニュースによると、端末の製造番号を入力すれば、その携帯が不正携帯かどうか調べられるサービスを開始するそうです。

NTTドコモとソフトバンクモバイルは29日、楽天やヤフーなどインターネット企業と協力し、不正に入手された携帯電話機の流通防止策を実施すると発表した。ネット各社は、両社の携帯をオークション（競売）に出品する際、製造番号の記載を義務付ける。携帯両社は、製造番号を入力すると利用制限のかかった電話機が分かるウェブサイトを設け、落札希望者が事前に不正な電話機かどうか確認できるようにする。
　ドコモは10月から、不正入手が明らかになった電話機に対する利用制限を行うとともに、製造番号の確認サイトを開設。利用制限を既に実施しているソフトバンクも、今年度内に番号確認サイトを導入する。
　一方、KDDI（au）は独自の盗難対策を実施しており、今回の取り組みには参加しない方針。　

これはいい取り組みじゃないかと思います。

中古携帯市場が少しでも健全になればいいなぁ。

　特に都内で万引が急増する理由について、警視庁の捜査関係者は「よく分からないが」とした上で、「本で言えば新古書店など、都内には万引した商品を売るルートも多い。そのシステムを悪用して、小遣い稼ぎの手段として万引をしている人も多いのでは」と推測する。

　一方、警視庁が万引で摘発した少年４２８人を対象に行った意識調査では、２６．８％が動機を「ゲーム感覚」と回答。摘発されたことについては、２４．５％が「運が悪かった」と答えるなど、罪悪感の希薄さが浮き彫りになった。

　こうした事態を受け、警視庁は今月、万引防止の「アクションプログラム」を策定。今後、小中高校の道徳や倫理の時間に使える万引防止教育用教材を作成するほか、地域での防犯教室などを通じて、子供だけでなく保護者にも万引が引き起こす結果の重大さを訴えていく。

　同庁幹部は「少年だけでなく、保護者を含めたすべての世代に『万引は犯罪』という認識を持ってもらうことで、ほかの犯罪抑止につなげたい」としている。

こちらの国民生活センターによるオゾン発生器のテスト結果を見れば、テストしたほとんどの機種で危険な濃度になったそうです。

この記事に具体的な製品名の記載のあるPDFファイルもあるけど、知らないメーカーばかりで怪しそうだった。

しかも薬事法に抵触しそうな表示や広告をしてたものまであったみたいで、さらに怪しいです。

また、このPDFファイルの最後のほうにアメリカでの研究結果の記載があり、それによると人体に影響のない程度のオゾン式空気清浄機では有害物質の除去に効果は見られなかったそうです。

となると、オゾンを使って有害物質の除去を行うためには、人体へ影響があるレベルの濃度にしないといけないということになりますね。
